Join us for Dappled Fern's first ever crochet along!
We'll meet weekly at Dappled Fern to offer structure, encouragement, community, and trouble shooting as you make your very own Arizona Sweater. This intermediate-level pattern from Brianna K Designs uses worsted weight yarn. We suggest Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino, Malabrigo Rios, Berroco Ultra Alpaca, or Farmer's Daughter Pishkun. Although it looks complicated, the pattern uses fairly simple stitches and would be a great first crocheted sweater.
This group is hosted by Teresa Shannon, an avid local crocheter who made the Dappled Fern sample pictured above during a week-long road trip this summer...and Dorothy Broomall who at this point considers crochet to be a strange, inscrutable magic but wants to hang out anyway.
