Instructors

Dappled Fern is lucky to have instructors like Emily Wick (weaving), Alyssa Headstrom (knitting), Kaitlin Kimmel-Hass (knitting), and Susan Johnson (knitting) who help us offer classes throughout the year.

Volunteers

Did you know that Dappled Fern was staffed by volunteers for the whole first year? Or that a big group of community members helped us assemble all the shelves, counters, and displays in my dad's basement? I am so grateful to all the people who believe in Dappled Fern enough to share their time and talent!

Volunteers continue to make Dappled Fern possible! Our Volunteer Staff team serves as SOS back ups when employees get sick or are on vacation. Our Unboxing Party volunteers come in when new yarn arrives to help price tag and arrange it.

If you'd like to volunteer at Dappled Fern, please reach out to Dorothy (dorothy@dappledfernfibers.com)!
